I’m originally from Oklahoma, but my daughter and I moved to Kansas in 2006 to be closer to my sister, and grandmother. When our parents passed, I felt a void in my life in our hometown and no longer wanted to live there. Our father passed in 2002 and our mother in 2004; I’m the youngest of 3 siblings. When my mom passed, I felt as though I had lost my best friend. Only God has been able to fill that spot in my heart.

My husband and I reconnected when I moved to Kansas; he and I had dated in the past but long-distance relationships didn’t work for us. We decided to go our separate ways. We married in Sept of 2009 and became a blended family with four children from his previous relationship and my one daughter. Before I had to retire due to health issues; I worked in the medical field as a receptionist. I loved my job, and my patients were like my extended family. On my last day at work, I’m not sure who cried the most me or my patients. I love people, and it was hard having to retire knowing I wouldn’t be around or see my family of patients anymore. I’m a cancer survivor, diabetic since 1989 and I have been in kidney failure for the past 5 years. I thank God for sustaining my kidneys. I believe in God, the power of healing and prayer.

My podcast, CHRISTINE BAILEY’S FAITH over FEAR encapsulates the transformative journey from my two profound works: Mustard Seed Faith To Unshakable Faith and No God No Peace Know God Know Peace. This compelling narrative illustrates how faith can evolve and strengthen, providing resilience in the face of life’s challenges. I emphasize the essential role of God in achieving true peace, reinforcing the message that a deep connection with the divine is crucial for overcoming fear and uncertainty.
